Book Recommendations

Your Kombucha adventure begins with instruction. To get started, I recommend the following books. These are four of my favorite. I go back to these books over and over for tips, wisdom, and to continually inspire me. I am constantly asked where a beginner or even an expert can get more detailed information, and these two books are always my first thought.
